How Do We Do It?
As a participating CPA you will be given access to a database
of businesses for sale or for purchase. When you find a
business which is of interest to your client, UBA will put you
in touch with the participating CPA of the client whose
business you want to explore.
When negotiations result in a
sale or purchase, the seller will pay UBA a fee
(the percentage to be stated in the contract). Sixty percent
of that fee will be divided between the participating CPAs or
their clients.
