UBA's Stated Goal:
United Business Alliance, LLC (UBA) is committed to bringing organization and
structure to the sale of privately owned companies.
Philosophy:
UBA is different from all other business brokerages. UBA is a network of CPA
firms across the United States. Each of these firms represent many privately
owned companies. When one of these companies is ready to sell, we work only
through the UBA organization. By working only through this organization the
"whole world" including the company's competitors isn't aware the
business is for sale. By working through the UBA net, member firms are able to
"pre-qualify" prospective buyers. These member firms know whether
their clients are capable of buying the proposed business for sale. This
eliminates "tire kickers", "snoops" and any others who
should not be looking at your company's records. We bring integrity to the
bargaining table.
