Category B Criteria
- Under $2MM Sales Price
- UBA will actively seek a buyer and maintain contact with CPA
- Additional paperwork required
Category C Criteria
- Any business - any size
- Business is listed on website without UBA involvement
The following is necessary to list a business for sale under the A or B method.

When all materials are received, your listing will be added to Businesses for Sale and e-mail will be sent to target members.
* 3 agreements are required so that UBA, the CPA and the seller will each have an agreement on file.
