| A group of qualified buyers is interested in acquiring a small business to manage, and would like to proceed quickly. Their interests are as follows: * A light and under-utilized manufacturing concern that has the capacity and the space for increased output and revenue growth.
* A wholesale or export/import opportunity.
* Companies facilitating possible synergetic diversification through new lines or small acquisitions.
* A company that either owns real estate or has at least a long-term lease that can expand to support the above.
