Buy/Sell is an
area that is currently underserved to a great extent.
Many CPA firms
aren’t actively encouraging their clients to have
buy/sell agreements.
Critical to
every buy/sell agreement is a periodic valuation. We
suggest the frequency of this valuation to be at least
once every 3-5 years.
